Small tractor for moving around cars

hey guys, just joined the forum. Im looking for a small garden tractor to pull around cars in my yard, i own a classic car shop and some of these cars have flat tires making it difficult to push. Im not sure if this is feasible but the cars are relatively light, weighing about 2300 Lbs. I was looking into the ford lgtd14, it caught my eye since it was a small tractor and a diesel. The tractor needs to be small because it has to maneuver in and out of the shop inside. Any help or information would be much appreciated, im located in georgia so if anyone has a lgtd14 they would be willing to sell let me know!

In my mind your desired tractor will be too small for your needs. Look into a Ford 1510, 1520 or larger compact diesel tractor.

Some smaller options that come to mind would be a Farmall Cub or Farmall A/Super A, both have a wide front but are fairly nimble Another choice
would be a Farmall B or Farmall C/Super C as both have a narrow front and are very nimble.

Something gear driven. I doubt any hydrostatic would hold up pulling cars with flats. I once tried to just roll an eight foot disc a few feet on hard ground with a 12hp yard tractor. All it did was squeal.

Are you looking to tow the cars on flat tires or lift them like a pallet on a forklift?

Several questions come to mind, 1, what surface, paved? gravel? grade ,up hill? 2,why flat tires? a shop has compressed air. 3, flat tires if on hard surface dollies under the flat tire.
the first thing that came to mind was an aircraft tug, like the battery operated walk behind or gas engine. Very safe and maneuverable.

(quoted from post at 18:31:46 09/26/20) im looking to pull them into my shop from outside and vice versa, no lifting
y Kubota B7200 could handle that. I'm sure there are newer ones that are capable also.

Are you looking for gas or diesel, and what is your price range.I personnely use my cub loboy 184 for towing dead vehicles
around,as well as 250 gal. water totes full on a trailer, and it does really good. Those ford lgtd tractors are good for what
they are meant to do,but for what you will be doing,I wouldn't even consider a lawn/garden tractor, just because the don't have
the weight or traction that is needed.IMO you should be looking at a small farm tractor like a farmall cub,a,b,154,184,185.all
which can be had for around $1500

Your going to need something heavier then a 14hp garden tractor.
Try to drag a car with a couple of flats will require traction and towing it ain't gonna add weight to the tow vehicle.
You will just spin the tires.
Maybe a bigger Case garden tractor with the hydraulic (not hydrostatic) drive and weighed down as much as practical.

like mine here? Mine will drag a lot more than this auger around,, we used to use them at the shop to move dead tractors around, in the 60's and 70's

As Rock and TF stated, it is more about the traction than the physical size or power, and traction comes from weight. Look for the means to add weight, in the form of bolt -on wheel weights, as well as three point hitch weight.

They are indeed I have a small fleet of them, 10 so far,, I loved doing demos and setting them up new,,

I found this Brinley tandem disc I set up new and bought it, it had not seen 2 hours use since I set it up I was told,,and from the tiny amount of paint worn off I can believe it

This is the latest one I have bought a 1973 646

Moonlite ..... your Skidsteer suggestion reminds me of my friend who has one. He told me that if anyone was considering going into farming these days (and a lot of business ventures with any kind of material involving heavy weight), the first piece of equipment they should buy would be a Skidsteer. He uses his for almost everything, pretty versatile piece of equipment. Mind you, they're not cheap but it doesn't sound like the original post was concerned about money.

Not even close, I want every model they made, still have plenty to go, and then I seems to find another to buy and so I have a few models with multiples in the fleet,, I also have lots of attachments so this allows me to have them setup for different jobs,, these are not some cheap junk mtd or box store pile we sold lots of them every year,, the cemetery here ran 10 of them 8 hrs a days for over 6 months a year they had tried every brand made and these by far was the best they found for quality of mowing and traction,, the rec department had a dozen of them then also,, school board also had them, so I would say they were better than the others made at the time and today,, but nice try on the putting someones choice of equipment,, typical response here no surprise to me at all lol

No offense meant CaseNutty.
I am a narrow frame cub cadet 125/127 hydro person my self.
Since about 1969.
My bucket list does include one of the hydraulic Case''s if I come across one here.
