Hours of purple power. Scraper, steel wool dawn dish soap. Pressure washer. Wipe with mineral spirits. Prime and bare metal.....2-3 coats of paint brushed on.

Actually painting..... Maybe 5-6 hours over 2 days. I used rust Oleum paint. And harbor freight brushes.
I try not to do much body work. Major holes get fixed but dents and dings stay. Scars and tattoos! It earned them

Purple power? So you scrubbed & scrubbed until you were blue in the face? ;v) That's a good, clean brush job. Very nice!

On cast iron and wheels and rims, a good person with an expensive brush and good paint can do a better job than a spray gun. Ellis

Sheet metal got brushed then run over with a short nap foam roller.
