Don’t worry barney there are two more loads to go . If you can’t make money on free straw and twine you are doing it wrong

Depends on the bale these are 6:5 feet long this load averaged 340 pounds per bale . There are two in the load the other day that i baled with the pressure turned of so i could clean the baler out so they are really light . The 4x4x8 weigh about 1300 pounds a 3x4 weighs about 900 . Bought some 3x3 out of a silage baler that weighed 700 .

With our NH 2000s I can get straw 750-950 depending on windrow size and moisture.. good alfalfa i can do 1200-1400..

I was recently baling barley straw.. Following a JD with a 30 FT header.. a 3x4x8 was 42 plunger strokes..

24 they are 6.5 feet long . And yes that baler wasn’t going back to wor without a bit of a fight
