well i tackeled the job yesterday. removed pump from 900 case and tore it down as it was all siezed up. got things all freed up in plunger and governor control and in hyd. head. assembled and put back on tractor last night and started tractor , humm's like a case.

this was discussed recently on this forum, my hats off to you for this repair. I am ever fearfull of that pump and will send it to a professional should mine need attention. gobble

It always feels good to successfully tackle a project like that. I've pulled pumps and have one that needs to be worked on but think it is a little out of my capability.
