I was looking at part schematics for brake valve on my 806 diesel. It only showed like two parts on the schematic. What is the part number for the rebuild kit and how hard is it to rebuild it was gonna put new plungers in and go threw it. Idk if anyone has any info as to why they are not posting those parts number, I figured I could get the attention of the tractor vet.

They recently eliminated all the part numbers of the parts they no longer have available. No number, no part seems to be the idea. You may want to pick up a parts book to have for reference if you see one for a fair price on eBay or somewhere.

Ok ya got me , In all my years i personally have NEVER had to get into a brake valve . Only once did i ever have to replace a valve when a guy who never heard of keeping things lubed up stomped down on the right brake and due to rusted frozen linkage snapped off the valve stem . I have never seen one leak and never seen one that did not work. If your brakes are not doing there thing then usually it is all in the brake , Leaking brake piston due to frozen and broken return springs , large build up of brake dust and rust , problem in the MCV . Brakes sticking on due to frozen linkage or dirt build up in and around the linkage . Operators platform not setting correctly and to far forward due to something hitting the platform and shoving it ahead and holding the brakes on ever so slightly . But never had to go into a brake valve

There not bad to do. Pretty simple. I had to do one about 30 years ago. Still have some of the left over o-rings and the old parts.
