I bought a ford 9N as a project, engine runs good but hydraulics dont pick up and has a leak.

The pto is engaged when I try to pick up the 3pt hitch but nothing happens. Whats the most common place to start on this tractor?

The leak, leaks on both sides in this same spot. Is there a gasket I can replace or whats the best way to fix this?

If you're a new member you'll need to make

is just for the N series Ford tractors, you
might post this in that forum as well.
 
Get a fo-4 shop manual for the 9,2, & 8n tractor. Good directions on repairing these tractors. You tube is another
good place to look for "how to" videos. The 9,2,8n board here on this site is a great place for info also.
