Davis backhoe valve

Hooked up the hydraulics yesterday to the Davis backhoe. I don't know when the last time it was run. I bought the
tractor, loader, and hoe from an estate in 2014. Engine was stuck, hadn't been run in a few years. Anyhow, besides having a
line blow out, the control valves were sticking and leaking a lot of oil. Can't see it real well in the pic, but was coming out of the
top of the valves in the red circle area. What are my options for repair? hydraulic shop, DIY? parts availability and where to find them?
Thoughts ? thanks

I have a Davis front loader which has two valves. They were leaking from same spot. I brought the valve assembly to my local MF dealer and they put new seals in it. I think they charged around $70. That was a couple years ago.

Call me crazy, but that looks like you are missing some type of retainer plate and the seals are moving up and down.

Probably just needs some O rings.

I have the exact same unit mounted on my 2-44LL Cockshutt (Oliver 550). I have replaced all the seals but one vale kept blowing. When sitting in the seat, it was #4 valve from the left. So I did a good clean job and then put in 2 seals with the top seal getting a good amount of loctite. That has worked really well so far. Here is the seal I've been using:

Thanks, that could be a good start. Did you just replace the seals, or are there o-rings to be replaced as well?

I did not replace any O-rings the last time but I think I did when it first blew.
