Going through my brothers stuff. I found some welding rod I need to identify. The first is Certalloy 160, the next is Allstate 275. Stan

certalloy appears to be no preheat cast iron rod , very old and if not preserved correctly probably junk

This is a link to the Allstate 275 https://www.esabna.com/us/en/products/filler-metals/repair-and-maintenance/steel-alloys/all-state-275-super.cfm

We used to use Certainium Alloys specialty rods at the power company occasionally. I believe the 160 is for cast iron.

Their rods are too expensive, for general welding, but some of their special use rods are great.
