Hourly rate would be best, with a minimum to cover travel. .10/hp for the tractor plus some for the wagon plus fuel and drivers wages. I wouldn't do it for less than $50/hr. That tractor rate is twenty years old, but that's what I paid years ago.
 
I would say if it was within about 5 miles I could get $3.50 a bale, maybe $4.00. I only did that a few times and I seem to remember getting about $3.50 a bale.
