B.F Avery Model V Rear Rims

Mark, I wondered about that reply myself, and now I figure that most of my days must be bad since there is more that I don't know than what I know. Anyways I agree, it was a rather rude comment.

(quoted from post at 08:19:40 07/21/20) He is having a bad day wants to know about rims but does not know what size
I just got this tractor today. Rims are completely rusted away. You lack self confidence. Shame. Most dont leave negative remarks. So you have to make sarcastic remarks to feel good about yourself! Have a blessed day!

(quoted from post at 06:36:53 07/22/20) how hard is it to take a tape measure to then know what size you need
id your parents teach you that if you didn't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all? That applies to keyboarding also.

I tend to agree with Gene without a size how can you help. I'm sure he can't put an engine on for a wheel. As for the size either a tape across the rim with the width or read the size on the tire. Even a picture would be helpful.

Tire size is 8.3-24 on 7 inch rim

Anybody with a tractor model of that would know if they have wheels if they are parting one out as all of that model would have taken same wheel. Now looking for new could be different and I don't know if new of that size are even made. So if you do not have one to part out why do you need the size wheel?

Tractors like that you go by make and model that he did have in his post so he had all the information he needed out there. Only the MM V and the Avery V as far as I know use that rim. And new dought if made. So finding used with just the make and model is all the information he needs.
