if he didn't read the book he probably put the wrong oil in .it takes brake oil, not fluid

My Allis Chalmers has did this. It is
because one brake petal hasn't came all
the way back. Spray them. I had to put a
bunge cord on the left one. Their is a
valve that makes both brakes work the same
even though you push one a little before
the other.
