Getting tractor out of canada

Anyone know how I could get a tractor out of Manitoba canada with the border being shutdown? Wish I could just get it to there border into the US and go from there.

I was always told to use a broker for boarder crossing. Is there still no duty on farm equipment?

Commercial freight is not subject to the border closure. Freight has been moving both ways right through the pandemic. However, unless you are a
commercial trucker( or other essential worker), you would not be allowed to cross and pick it up yourself.

Farmers allowed to cross. Friends have crossed to get planter parts and semen shipments.

Vintage tractor collector, not likely.
And the border agents on both sides can refuse your entry for any reason the come up with.

Hiring it hauled will be the least painful at the border. Also will probably not be an issue of whether it is farm or not.

No duty so long as it is listed in the US exempt book. Tag that says made in the USA is easiest. Tractors built overseas and not imported to the US can be a challenge.
