Hi folks, today I reached the age of 77 along with my twin sister Christine and I can still remember my first day at school when we were just 5 years old. When it was going home time I remember running round the playground looking for Christine to put my coat on for me. I still work everyday in my small agricultrial engineering buisness and restore old tractors for friends and myself. I also attend a lot of tractor shows doing the ring commentries and also competing in ploughing matches. MJ.

Hi MJ! Double 7s. I did that too, Jan 2020. It is good to keep busy. Shows around here have been cancelled because of "The Virus"!
I usually attend about 8 shows per year around Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. I have on a couple occassions gone to Pennsylvania and North Carolina. I'm a Ford collector.
A show in Ohio, "National Threshers", at the Fulton County Fairgrounds, Wauseon, Ohio, will not open this year. It would have been the 76th consecutive year. The oldest National Threshers Show in the US. We were ONE when it started!
Enjoy the summer.

Congratulations. You are a gem of Knowledge and an inspiration for YT members. May you stay 98.6 and vertical for 30 more years. Jim

Hi Richard we are at Newark on the Notts and Lincs border and I am spending my birthday putting new bearings and seals on the rear axle of one of my B250 tractors this one is serial number 594 and serial number 549 is stood next to it and they are like your tractors with the serial numbers starting at 501. MJ

Happy Birthday MJ and Christine. Wishing you both many more. It's amazing how active you are, especially in a hobby you love. Just FYI, in my small collection of 6 Tractors I have a 1973 David Brown 885 diesel. I'm the second owner. It was restored about 10 years ago. Has around 1250 hours. She's a beast MJ. Very well built and strong machine. Again...... Congratulations to you both with regards to your birthdays. Wingnut

MJ, I love those "double" birthdays. I had a double nickle birthday in the past year. No twin to celebrate with, however. May you and your sister, Christine, have a great year ahead. Keeping so busy is wonderful. I enjoy using my Ferguson TO-20.
All the best to you.

Happy Birthday Christine and MJ. My wife has a twin brother. She say's she was born first. RB
