I have all the parts installed on the Pertronix conversion for the farmall H, will make the connections this morning. If all goes well will hook it up to rake and tedder on hay again. I got down after farming partner died in December, but am getting back into it with younger fellow that is part of family farm operation and having fun.

Installing was super easy, and unit was purchased from this site.

It runs fine, seems to start much quicker, but the old points were pretty bad.

I used the pertonics system on a 1974 BMW 2002 and it worked great. Should be a great on your tractor

I've had EI on my M for years now. I was changing points at least twice a year due to the spring breaking. No more of that. Starts better too.

One of the best things I did to my late Grandfather's Super W6 while converting it to 12 volts. Then did same to my Dad's H, also put a kit in my 400 & W450. Did have one fail on the H in 24 months, but the 30 month warranty is awesome.
