We used to have several tricycle front wheel drive 2 blade mowers. Verticle shaft engine drove blades with belt underneath and front wheel worm drive chain to front wheel had pulley under steering wheel driven by belt from top of engine. Only one speed and very maneuverable as steering wheel was simply mounted on front wheel fork .A little tippy .

thought they were called ...EZ Mow... maybe I’m
wrong. When growing up I used to help mow the
cemetery at our rural church one of the members had
one.

that looks like a Swisher. to change direction you just stop and turn the steering wheel half way around and you are going backwards.

Big Mow was name I recall ,apx $275 at local farm supply. Ours had a windup spring starter on the Tecumseh motor. Thanks for the picture .
