I you can avoid it do so at all costs!
I have close to 27 hours in this thing.
It was a major pia. You Must follow the instructions - to the letter and you Must do it in the correct order.
Nice lady. Repeat customer.
I didn't have the heart to bill her full bore and knocked a couple hundred off the bill.

I built one similar to that for my kids. They have outgrown it so I trimmed the swings and moved it to the woods. Shot a deer from it this fall!

A neighbour took an old self propelled combine, added a few ladders and a swing, took the walkers out....his kids have a hoot with it!

I too built one many years ago, kids outgrew it, married and moved away. I should have done like 544hydro and used it for a deer stand! In fact, I have seen ones occasionally on craigslist. Might just have
to check on the next one I see for that use! Thanks for the idea!

I disassembled about 70% of my neighbors Gym set, (kids grew out of it) and pulled it 300 feet to a new home with kids that call me Grandpa Jim. then reassembled and rebuilt weathered parts and put on an awning, slide, and new swing/slings and safety barriers. Probably similar time window over a weeks time. The kids from family 1 are getting married and moving, the kids from family 2 are 6 and 4 (and a bunch of neighborhood kids not included. Seeing their faces when playing in/on it is all the reward needed. Jim

Built a big one out of redwood and stainless steel for a hospital recreation area many years ago. They asked me to hand the opening day banner, I said sure, where, they said here, thru this room ……. full of caskets, it was the morgue for the beginning med students. I said I don't think so, I left in a hurry.

My wife wanted one of those for our kids. I asked her how good she was at removing splinters from screaming kids ! I won this one. I had a friend weld one up from pipe. It is still in good shape the grandkid will soon be enjoying it and be splinter free.

I went up to Church to help put one together one night. With about 10 other guys. I got there a few minutes before 7:00. I left at 9:00 and they were STILL sorting all the fastners. I had to work the next day.

Bunch of campers (more than half dozen) volunteered one Saturday at a campground.
Started 8ish, broke for lunch & hit it again.
I was only there for the weekend, so Joe & I quit when it got hot in midafternoon
and popped a top. Sunday we had other plans including me pulling out @ 2pm.
He told me later, they were still assembling it Mon.

I’ve done that before. Had to take apart at one of my brothers house and reassemble at mine. Mowed around it for years. Happiest day was when I cut it up and threw in a dumpster. My sons learned how to use a Sawzall that day so I guess it wasn’t a total waste! Lol
