Can anyone tell me the name if this ? My wife bought it years ago and I have yet to need it. It is basically a three point lift on wheels it is all manual. Thanks in advance.

That appears a dolly for transporting 3 pt hitch equipment. It could be converted to hyd operation by replacing ratchet jack with a hyd cylinder with hoses.

Could use it to mount a boom, and then tow something around with a garden tractor?
Those nicely curved channels could come in handy for some project.

My guess would be to use 3 point hitch equipment with a tractor that doesn't have 3 point, just a drawbar. That would be handy if it were the case.

Those are popular in Amish areas to use 3 point equipment with the horses. Most popular use is a grader blade, then a bale spear. New ones made all the time.
