I always start my tractor before I leave with it on my trailer. I had it running, reaching for the key. The motor just stopped. I had a job to do. Double checked to be sure it's out of gear. I ran a jumper to the fuel shut off, and used a screwdriver across the battery terminal to the starter solenoid, and I was back in business. This happened last year. I don't like problems like this. It could be a loose wire or a bad switch. Going to check it out. Stan
