Compression Leak? Bubbles in radiator? Oil in radiator from oil cooler? Though usually you will notice the oil level goes down and water rises as well as temperature will rise from the oil not cooling as well as the water/antifreeze.

Welcome to YT
When engine is cool remove radiator cap, start engine & if air bubbles can be seen in coolant in radiator neck more than likely head gasket &/or cylinder head has failed & is leaking compression into cooling system.

(quoted from post at 00:24:59 05/13/20) Radiator has too much pressure

Scott, try telling what you see. hear. smell, taste that tells you that there is too much pressure.

If the coolant has not been regularly changed or the corrosion inhibitor refreshed . Wet sleeve diesels tend to cavitate holes through the sleeve .
When choosing a replacement sleeve/piston kit . Choose the high ring , high compression components to improve cold starts .
