John Deere MT 1952 cultivator setup

Posted on here about a week ago on the paint scheme of this tractor. Now I am curious about the types of cultivators that were used in 1952 so when I get it set up it will be time appropriate.

Is it a cultivator shank or something like an s-tine or danish tine?

Thanks in advance.

Could be a C tine ot trip shank or non trip rigid scank, depending on what buyer wanted. Danish tine did not come untill 20 years later, Don't know what a S tine is

Hope this helps.

As James said look for information on a model MT200 cultivator. Your unit may have been a planter since you have the planter box attachment. The cultivator frame was also used for planters. I think they were called PH200 as a planter. You can find the parts break down at the JD parts website
