Morning, do you live near Kalona, Ia? If you do, I would like to ask you some questions about backroads in your area. I bought a tractor at an auction just north of Sumner exit 211 and want to go south to get on Hwy 22 to go to Muscatine. I hate driving on I 80 and I really don't want to haul a tractor that way with all the semi traffic. E mail is open. Thanks, Chris

Probably best bet is 21 south to 92 east if you want to avoid trucks as of now there just isn't much traffic on any roads coming from son in law who goes to Chicago from here. The free way thru Cedar Rapids is nice but thru to Ia City is always busy. My self I did lots of back roads moving tractors as there are plenty of places to stop.

I'd rather get to 22. Thinking south on V52(H ave) almost to Millersburg, then east to 149 and south to Hwy22. Is that route any good??
