3point issues

I have a 1968 ford 4000. I had a new hydraulic pump, pickup tube and filter replaced after I bought it. The issue with the the point hitch is, it will not maintain the same height. Sometimes is drifts down, something g it goes all the way up without moving the handle. When it goes all the way up, it shudders. It seems to change heights mostly when the rpms change on the tractor. Is it the valve? I have no idea what needs changed now.

I think it's the control valve. There should be a neutral position and it sounds like it's a little off where it's partially in the up position. It shudders because when it's all the way up the linkage is suppose to put it back in the neutral position and it just keeps trying to raise. It may just be an adjustment in the linkage but I don't know that model tractor. I had that problem on a Kubota tractor a linkage problem fixed it.
