Made a temporary fence

A friend in Indianapolis, first time home owner needed a temporary fence to keep dog in backyard.

I built this out of used chain link fencing material.
It measures 117 inches wide and 57 inches tall. Do you think this will keep a dog from jumping over it?

57" is just short of 5 feet. Would be a real deal-breaker for my Pomeranian, but I suppose a real athletic big dog might make it over. What kind of dog?
 
This isn't in the country.
Any dog not fenced in or on a leash will be impounded courtesy of animal control.

Looks good but it all depends on the dog. Some of them are escape artists and if they want out they will find a way.
 
Usual answer for what kind of dog (in our part of the world & some what more accurate than just mutt) is: "Mother was a lab (or whatever she was) and father is from a nice neighborhood"!

Dog will get its legs caught in the gap at the top trying to jump over. Looks like another classic Geo-TH,In Death Machine(tm) to me, except for killing dogs this time instead of people.
 
Be doing the dog a favor. It had many
health issues and really should be put
down.
Owner knows that but doesn't have the
heart to do it.
