My furnace went out. Now I got to put on a mask and go into the bank and get a lot of money

Interesting how that is going to work. Most banks I'm aware of will not let someone in the bank with any kind of mask. Around here I don't think people can go into the bank anyway. Its either ATM's or a cashier at a window. With today's technology I haven't been inside a bank in years.

I was just thinking this morning if robberies were on the rise because of so many people wearing masks. No body would take a second look at you wearing a mask now days. However it would be difficult to find a crowd to hide in. And your get away car would also be easy to spot.

I went to the bank yesterday. Only the drive thru and atm are open. At least that's how it is in oregon.

Bank is busy doing small busness loans.They don't do them through the drive up. I you call they will let you in. The furnance heat exchanger is burn out. This was meant as a joke an't no body got a sence humor

We needed something notarized a couple of weeks ago, they did it for us at the drive up. Not much reason to go in a bank anymore, do most everything online.

I was thinking the same thing yesterday. I was going to wear a handkerchief cowboy style over my face to go to the store, but I found a couple masks and used that instead. I guess if you don?t post anything more we will know what happened!

I got the joke. I thought it was funny!

At our bank you also need to call for an appointment to go inside. I called the other day and asked for one because I knew my particular transaction was going to take some time. I told her what I wanted and she said, "We can do that at the drive up." So I went through the drive up and waited till they got it done. There were 2 or 3 cars lined up behind me by the time they were finished.

Good one! At the secu where my daughter works you don't get in at all. She does the loans and investments. Brings the paperwork outside for you to sign.

I went to the bank yesterday, had to go through the drive through.

I don't like the drive through, can't hear what they say, the lanes are so narrow I can barely squeeze through.

Of course I was out of deposit slips, had to ask for some, sit there in the way while filling them out, holding up traffic...

What I like is the sign on my bank that says no firearms! I ask the manager ( old friend) if he thought that would stop robbers, he just laughed. Most of the time I forget I am carrying mine when I go in any way.
