How much does a 60 inch bucket weigh?

I reclaimed some gravel mixed with a little dirt from a gravel driveway no longer used. Going to use this for my road bed to pole barn.
I'm guessing this scoop weighs about 1000#.

I hauled 4 loads yesterday. Guessing this load is about 3 to 3.5 tons.
This load is 7 scoops.

So how much do you think a scoop weighs?

60" bucket won't tell the whole story. You need to figure the cubic footage you have in the bucket. The shape of the bucket and how you fill it controls the cubic footage in each scoop. What does Kubota rate it at? Normally you will find two ratings, Struck and Heaped.

Soil is normally figured at 74-100 pounds per cubic foot and gravel at 105 -125 pounds per cubic foot, both depend on moisture content.

Measure your trailer and calculate how many sq yards it holds.

Rough numbers say 2500 lb per yard.

Estimate the percentage of how full the trailer is.

Divide this by the 7 buckets you put into it.

About as accurate as you are going to get without a scale given all the variables involved.

Kubota doesn't sell a vertical exhaust. They were worried that any modification would invalidate warranty. So I used 4 inch galvanized pipe, hose clamps so when I have to take it to dealer. I'll remove it and they would know anything.
Please don't rat on me. OEM exhaust would get in cab. No diesel smell, CO 2 gave me a headache.

Is your dealer dumb?

pparently.

No Mike,
The cabs aren't air tight. Besides they bring in fresh outside air, so what good is an air tight cab?
Kubota has very little exhaust smell, unlike older diesels I grew up with.

Looks more like dirt mixed with a little gravel.
I'd left it where it was.

Galvanized pipe?

Looks more like clothes dryer ducting with elbow(s) with the segments you can spin by hand.
An ice pick can go right thru it.

Admit it, your just jealous of the green tractor guys with the exhaust stack out front and center.
