Help ID McCormick Grain Drill

My Father-in-law is giving me a grain drill - and i guess a few discs broke off while he was moving it - he cant find the data plate and i was wondering if anyone could help ID it so i can get a manual / order parts. Its a 10' drill.

Cannot tell for sure if it has a fertilizer box on it or not. If it has it is a MF, without fertilizer a M and will date to late 40's or early 50's and you will just have to repair what broke, Don't think any new parts would be avaible.
