Very nice collection SV! Those 4000 series were great tractors and many are still going today. Our neighbours were die hard Massey guys. They had a new 2705,2745 and 2775. Those were massive tractors in their time. As many of us know they were prone to constant transmission issues. Within a year after playing tractor tag they were all gone. They were replaced by 2 4440?s and 1 4450. They ran those for I?m going to say 12-13 years. At one point they also had a 2950 and a 4855. Those 3 4400 tractors were replaced with 2 7700?s and a 7800 soon as they were released. To this day the son whose my age is still a Deere fan but do to dealer monopolies and service/parts inventory taking the hit they have added a Fendt and M7 Kubota to their lineup.

I made this post because I didn?t ketch the punctuation the iPhone automatically puts in and that made it so the replies and the rest of the pictures

We had a two 4850 a 4640 a 4440 and three 4430 over the years . All the dealers are combining into giant mega dealers the local fiat and Agco are now taking over the once small independent smaller dealerships . I don?t think there is one dealer of any brand that only has one or two dealerships anymore around here . I guess pick one you can stand and go with that if it?s Agco who owns fendt then it?s Agco there if one guy who has a parts store and sells some used equipment and used parts I try to buy everything from him

I would someday like any of the sound gard body cab tractors a 4430 or 4440 or 4450 4455 Or 4560 but that?s not going to be anytime soon

your shelf must be real glass right, I tried thick plexiglass that doe snot work. I am relocating a lot of my collection due to the house being lifted. still working on getting it back to normal, making new toy displays and wall inserts for some of them. right now working on new stair well to new basement it will look like the old barn I chored in daily growing up. will even have the hay track peak on it with real short piece of trolley. put basket ball hoop up on one wall for us old timer exercise. that area the ceiling is 13'8" so it works nice. only problem is the hoop not BIG ENOUGH NOWDAYS found out, its one those units you can lower to around 7ft also, we finally made basket at THAT LEVEL
