I went to the tractor show held with the Bastrop Area FFA - 4H livestock show. It was nice on Thursday, nice on Friday, and Saturday was forecast 65 degrees and 0% chance of rain. HA! I don't think it got out of the 50's with off and on drizzle and a nice breeze to stir it up. But ... there were quite a few tractors and some very interesting ones. Oh did I mention I forget my camera? Anyway I saw quite a few tractor friends and met jamesjtx and his lovely SWMBO. James and I talk on the phone but had never met in person. We share a connection as to where our families settled back in the 1800's although we're not sure any of them crossed paths. All in all was a good day.
 
Yes it was damp and cold Saturday morning and would have liked to stay longer but was just too nasty. Thanks for the nice words ,enjoyed finally meeting you also will have to do like our northern guys and plan a get together some time, but we are closer than most need to meet at Lawson Springs sometime, then go eat.
