Looks like a 39-40 GMC. Heavy truck two ton or larger Would look good here with my 38.

A local guy took one of those cab and front and set it on a late Peterbilt chassis. Nice!

I hate that often red paints fade to some shade of pink though.

Your truck reminded me of the one in the old James Cagney movie [i:21a0c7436b]White Heat[/i:21a0c7436b]. That one is little older (1945) but has the same kind of tough look to it.
