Wondering how hard it is to put a 450 rd into a 460 farmall and what I need or where to get it thank you or call 320)424-1596
 
The differential and finals were derived from H, SH, 300, lineage. It had reliability issues in the final drives when new, and recalled till fixed. Diesels work efficietly when they are working, not loafing. If tractor pulling you will spend money. for farming you will be disappointed. Jim's opinion
 
I know what your saying but I think tractor pulling is easier on a tractor then farming is it's a steady pull no real hard jerking I had a 770 oliver I put threw the mill beat it hard tractor pulling only thing I broke was a hub do you have any thoughts on how to do this
 
Thought I had a photo of the winner at winter pull in Tunica Ms and second place in Florida three weekends ago but can,t find the photo. Spent around 4 thousand making the RD bigger and better but yes that is the block you want to start with.
 
Must not be to hard there is a hundred of them pulling. Go on down to the pulling forum. And ask. Go on line to the Hook magazine there is ads for doing it. And generally 460 RD's for sale there.
