I posted on the John Deere board but did not get any responses, so I will ask here! My buddy bought, last summer, an '07 John Deere 5525 cab tractor with a loader. Recently the 3pt lift has been working sometimes and not other times. Main problem is it won't go down after lifting a round bale. It might work fine on the first bale, but not the second bale. It has electronic controls for the 3 point. The remotes and loader and steering all work fine. He did change the filter and fluid and cleaned the screen, but nothing changed. He is of the opinion that it is an electrical problem, and I agree. Does anyone have any ideas what would cause the intermittent operation? Thanks for any help, Mark.
