If you can, take the time to read the plaque. Pictures don't do this mans work justice.

Mr. Hatcher(?) was not a Master toy maker, he was a Grand Master King woodcrafter.

And to think he made all those pictured and maybe twice as many more in 8 years or so!

Jaw dropping.

Those "pit bikes" are cool too.

When I was there two years ago it was just as interesting to look over the various contraptions that the attendees had created to get around the grounds with.

The toys are a sure work of art. Now for the get around things. You darn sure don't dare to stand long in one place the fire ants will eat you alive if you do down there.
Have I said I hate going to FL. To hot and humid even in the winter for me. I've set around to load at that Ritchie sale at Davenport FL a few times.

I've been to Flywheelers on and off for 20 years and met and spoke with Mr Batcher many times WHAT PATIENCE to build all that from scratch. To do it justice I tell newbies to spend at least an entire day better two in the Village (West side) before venturing into the 76 row show field on the east side.

John T Live from Florida Flywheelers leave here Monday head direct to Pioneer Days in Zolfo Springs for a week and another show, life is good.

Last I knew Don Duffner is from Buxton, North Dakota, unless he moved. His farm is east of Buxton a few miles.
