Loved Slim and Spud.

Wife and I are some of the few people in the northern hemisphere that don?t have cell phones. Mostly at my wishes.

I can sure identify with Slim.........

Just an observation. I see women on the Facebook and another sight all the time looking for help that seems their men would handle. Cant men fix anything anymore or are the women just trying to be "independent "? I'm sorry but I have heard the independent story before from women who were on welfare. How is that independent ?

I ain't got one either Paul, even though the wife does. I got folks that have absolutely no idea how I'm able to live without one. Same way I did the 35 years before I knew what a cell phone was. DP

My first, and only cell phone, fell in the lake, on a bass fishing trip, after several calls from my wife. Now that I am single, I still don't have one!
