San Antonio tractor show

The Ag Mechanics and tractor restoration show will be February 21st thru the 23rd. There should
be around 30 restored tractors and hundreds of welding projects competing. They are all FFA and
4H projects. The show is held as part of the San Antonio stock show and rodeo. We look forward
to seeing any and all of you guys who can make it. If anyone has any questions please call me at

Too bad I didn't know about it earlier. I'll be in San Antonio from Feb 25 through March 2 for the Commodity Classic but I'm locked into another travel schedule that will prevent my being there earlier than the 25th. Maybe next year. I am booked into a tour of the Toyota truck plant on Mar 1, looking forward to that.That will be my third tour of auto plants the others being the Ford Rouge and BMW in SC.

We would be happy to have you if you can make it next year. You may look into a tour at Holt Caterpillar and the Cat engine plant. Both are close by and Remember the Alamo. Everyone visiting San Antonio should tour the Alamo. Tony

I definitely will be visiting the Alamo. I was a Texan at one time but I never got to SA. I was up at Miserable Wells. As I recall, it cost me 16 dollars to become a Texan. License plates for my car.
