Having a few items repaired on the MF

Injectors, small hydraulic leak, crack in turbo oil supply line, valves adjusted, broken AC compressor mtg bolt extracted from the block and replaced, all new belts, AC recharged and repaired as needed...

The 1105 is a very good tractor - want to keep it that way...

That was a fool thing that driver did in the white van, blind hill, turn, his speed, what is wrong with people today? Good you had flares out.

When having to do this, I wear a bright orange or appropriate safety vest and always have a bright red flag like is used on any road construction site, mainly for the safety aspect of it and or for liability, no on cannot say there was no flagger. I also use cones and the plastic barriers, having a few of these in the yard. That road is certainly new, nice job, properly shouldered. Nice to have that tractor in good repair, field ready, makes it enjoyable when its time to work. Heard good things about that model, probably didn't set you back a lot either.

Hi Bill

Just an idea while you are shouting the 1105 a birthday what about some good LED lights mounted up on the roof of the cab. Saw one of your haying videos where you were working at night. Where I am we bale at night or very early morning to get the dew so good lights are a must. Saw yours are yellow and a bit candle like. Give it a go you will think you can see forever as the light just goes away from the tractor. I have an old ford 5000 I use for raking it has four LEDS, one on each corner of the canopy.

Thanks - the number one suggestion I get for this tractor is LED lighting - it?s on my list...
