(quoted from post at 21:53:56 02/14/20) I agree it?s a ?62....my cousin had a ?61 blue 2 Dr hardtop with a 406 and 3 on the tree.

And if it had overdrive, it had a fast top end too!

It's a '62 full-size Galaxie. No fins. The '61 Galaxie had the last fins on Ford's full-size cars.
The '62's looked like a shaved off owl with no ears. Fins started in '55 at Ford, earlier and ran to later at GM and Chrysler.
The intermediate Fairlane in '63 still had fins.
Although a GM guy generally I had my share of Fords and I think the full size Ford cars from the '60's were the best-looking cars on the road.

Not sure of the year but someone stole the door handles!!Guess You will have to leave the windows down when Ya get out -- he-

A 62 Galaxie. I had one for my first car. Only mine was a 4 door 500, Sandshell Beige, with the 292 2bbl & Ford-O-Matic transmission.... & landing
light hi-beams. I'd love to find an exact copy of what I had, but I'm afraid most of the small 8, 4 door family cruisers were crushed out, repowered
&/or turned into a lowrider. Still have the engine & Galaxie badging from the rear quarters. All the manuals, window sticker & dealer paperwork, too.
The one in your picture may have or have had a 292 or Mileage Maker 6 as I don't see the holes for the 352/392/406 badges.
