Barn Find (What is it)

Someone sent me this picture thinking i might know what it is. It is around 15 inches long and 3 wide with a wheel in front, there was around 20 of them. Anyone know what they were. Thanks in advance. Kerry

I going to through in a guess part of a loom or weaving jig? looks very well made with many parts glues together.

Reminds me of what they use on a trolling rig for
fishing but I don?t think that would be made of
wood?

In Central Al everything like that folks
will tell you " came from Avondale Mills"
lol. Could be from a loom.
