Yep, sprayer like I have seen in the apple orchards in our county up in the Long Creek, SC area.
Also a corn crib behind it like folks used in our area.
Got one here on my place.

There was one one of those sprayers at the bridge crossing this past fall. This one last fall was all redone with the pump refurbished new hose and I guess it would work. They had put a new varnish finish the wood.
