A while back it was talked about Try Green no longer going to be in bussiness with auctions. I just found out it evidentially changed name to Green & Sons and is located at old address and having an auction on Feb25. Just know they have a full page add on front of the classifieds and location listed is same address as where Try Green was when I went there several years ago.

I haven't been there for years so I don't know any late news. I do know that Tri Green and Green and Sons were in the same buisiness and a few miles apart but they are not the same entity, or were not. Member Raiken goes to all the sales, if he sees this post he will know the scoop.

I do believe that you will find they are two different companies. The new Tri Green Equipment will be located on SR56 1 1/2 miles west of London and 1 1/2 miles east of I 70. I was at their clean up sale last Saturday and Judy said she is not saying never another consignment sale but none in the foreseeable future.

Yep they are done with the once a mo0nth actions , Judy and Connie went one way and Dick and the boys left years ago . My buddy and i were one of the first to attend Tri Green auctions . We meet Dick Green years back at Charle Hales' sale and Dick invited us to come to his sale the next day . My buddy had a two digit buyer Number and because i was parking the truck i ended up with a three digit . I covered a lot of ground back then going to sales across the Buckeye In. and Il. some weeks i had to change oil twice on the truck . Many loads hauled across I70 and 71 along with U S 30 . Was one of the first buyers at Ted Everret's, Gary Olson and a couple more . Use to be lots of stuff out there and at bargain basement prices . Lots of go to the field stuff lots of steals lot of stuff that needed some work . During a tractor sale all it would take to get me excited was hearing the words T/A is OUT and all the auctioneers i knew and dealt with knew they had a home for that tractor as it was OHIO BOUND.
