To all who helped me with my tractor problem I say "Thank you ".
Ended up getting a very good set of points and condensor from a local Rural King ( they were MUCH heavier set) material wise than what I had prior. Set them , and hit the crank it turned over about 4 cranks and fired up!
Just have to make a better or reinforced my alternator bracket to keep the belt a little snugger.
