Almost looks like it could be some kind of 2 cycle (like a Detroit) engine. Separate blowers for
each cylinder.

Wow, theres really not much info about these at all.
Hardly any details about drives or capacities... anything at all.
Manufactured from 1968 1976 as near as I can tell
All I could find says

The Wotan II is a 95 hp 6 cylinder air cooled engine using
one turbine cooling fan per cylinder.

It doesn't say diesel or gas, but I'm assuming diesel along the lines of Deutz. It is now based out of India.
Eicher engine is a wholly owned subsidiary of TAFE.
It is a good looking tractor.
