Are these good tractors ? where are they made? good--bad etc. i spotted a 2002 w/less then 2000 hrs so I would like any and all info and comments THANKS

There?s a couple bigger McCormics in this area. From what the owners say they tractors are great but they lost their local dealer and the nearest one now is almost 200 miles away. If you have a local dealer that you believe isn?t going anywhere anytime soon I think you?ll find they?re good tractors. Perkins engines are good as any/most.

I've had one for many years. Mine is 1999 so still carries the CaseIH badge. You do not need a McCormick dealer nearby. Any CaseIH dealer will service them. Kinda ironic. Just in the last month I told my wife--of all the tractors I have owned, that cx100 is my favorite. It is used all winter to move snow. In summer it is used on 12 row planter and 12 row cultivator. I use it to side dress anhydrous. and it pulls my 400 bushel wagon during harvest.
