Stareline winch made in Harvard il need info

I came across this starline winch its made in Harvard il. Its a worm dive.

It was froze i took the end cover off drained the fluid out of and rocked the shaft back and forth with a pipe wrench and it freed up very easily.

I don't know much about it.
Any information is welcome.
I don't know its capacity or nothing.
Ive thought about mounting it on a trailer and making a adapter to use a cordless impact to power it

What you have is a silo unloader winch. It was used to raise or lower the unloader, regulating the rate of feed into the unloader.Been there, done that for years.
No idea how much load you could put on it.
They are very slow, but your idea to turn it sounds good.
Starline made many unloaders over the years.I lived about 50 miles from there plant. HTH.clint
 
The Starline plant is now a big event place like for wedding receptions, think my wife and daughter checked it out before daughter got married four years ago. Starline also made barn cleaners and all the windows in one barn on the farm I grew up on said star line. They made stantions too I think.
