Lawrimore trailer brand

I am looking at a lawrimore brand trailers.
Anyone own one?
Please give a review good or bad thanks

We used to sell them pressure treated lumber for floors and I have been to their plant several times. Even owned one of their trailers. Well made for the price.

Never heard of that one,Well it is a small company,if they don't have to many on hand, maybe they would custom build you what u want!

Looking at their dump trailers I would not want one unless they would change the hoist in them. I would want a telescoping hoist not a scissor hoist. They work to hard against themselves lifting the load. I know they have used them it trucks for decades. I still don't like them.

Friend of mine has a couple of them. Uses them nearly every day for fence installation. Loves them.

Telescoping hoists make no sense on small boxes. 4 point mounting is way more stable than 3. Multiple seals instead of one. Amount of hydraulic fluid required to lift the load. You can put down pressure on a scissors hoist. You will wear out the trailer long before you will wear out a properly sized and maintained scissor hoist.

I have 2 of them now a 16 for hauling mowers and a 25 dual tandem gooseneck just sold an 18 equipment trailer when I bought the gooseneck. The 18 and the 16 are 20 yrs old never had a problem with them and they get used every day. They are high quality trailers and built locally to where I live within about 5 miles. In my opinion you can t go wrong

In order to claim one better than the other would depend on the design of the bed and intended use. Both are excellent hoist designs but they are mostly not interchangeable and need to be used for the proper job and with the properly designed application.

About 50 miles from my place. You see very few around here though. The ones I have been around seem to be more for light duty. I have a load max now. My next will be a Fleetneck though.
