Always good to have a place out of the wind and weather ! Looks good ! Any plans on making it totally sealed off ? I'm out of room and hate when my stuff has to sit outside. Was thinking of sometbing similar till I could put up something permanent.

Thanks eventually I?ll enclose the sides to . I?ve been wanting to build one for a long time finally gathered up enough material to build it . It?s not anywhere near perfect but it will serve the purpose I?m not a carpenter and I don?t play one on tv either

Hate to be a nay sayer, but those 2 X 6 rafters should really be on edge rather than flat- A good snow and they won't survive.

Agree, not sure the snow load in the area, but that wouldn't last here. Hate to see your roof collapse on tractor.

Looks like a good, simple structure to get the job done though.

I agree. When you replace the tarp a year from now, turn the 2x6s on edge, add 2x4 purloins, and get yourself a used billboard sign for the roof. It will last for many years and my 14'x48' was around $60.

SV,
I like your tarp siding. Are you going with the same color for the sides?
I'm surprised no one has called it a Death Machine.

You are defiantly a hard working guy. Got ba11s of steel as well. I would never post a pic of one of my carpentry projects on this forum.

When spring comes I?m going to tear the roof off
and have dad help me build the roof the way it
needs to be he?s built many houses and school
buildings and sheds and garages so I?ll leave that
one to him . I?m really just trying to get a temporary
roof on to keep the rain off

This is For the horse the tractor doesn?t have feelings it can handle the freezing rain and wind without much trouble . Maybe someday I?ll have a tractor shed but probably not anytime In the foreseeable future need to build a house first .
