I told my 10 year old grandson the only difference between him and I was the constant pain in my back. Chris

Yes. I hurt my back when I was 16, loading hay behind a baler. That afternoon I drove the family 130 miles (no expressways) to my Gpa's farm. I could hardly move trying to get out of the car.
I have strained it numerous times since then and get knotted up to the point of being barely able to walk. I have a series of floor stretch exercises that I do for several days to loosen up.
Having just finished physical therapy for my left shoulder rotator cuff surgery, I'm continuing visits to the therapy facility gym and adding some guided exercises. Funny how I feel better...all over.

I remember when I could get up & down without sound effects! :(

My chiropractor really had to work on my lower back last visit. Then she gave my left shoulder a shove and I told her I could feel my right leg getting shorter. It did, a couple ribs out of whack had tightened up all my lower back muscles. A couple pokes at my lower back lined everything up again. She had never seen it before.
