I am going to say it may be a Massey Harris.

That is my good friend Malcolm Robinson the UKs leading expert on all things Massey
Harris on his MH number one tractor. They were built for MH by the Parrett tractor
company in the early part on the nineteen teens and they were not a success for
Massey Harris. MJ

Must have been a real goose egg. I can't find any info on Massey Harris Number One (or #1).

Any idea how many of these were built?

My understanding was they were licensed to M-H to be built by M-H by the Parrett company. So the question I have is which model is this. According to tractor wiki it should be a #3.
