Engine block heater removal

Gotta problem that I can?t resolve. Case 2290 tractor block heater
needs to be replaced,shorts out and kicks breaker out all the time.
Anyone know how the old block heater is supposed to come out?It
doesn?t look like it screws in, but I could be mistaken.It has me
baffled!

Many were put into Core plug holes (often called Freeze plugs incorrectly) If so and no clear way to remove, it might need to be destroyed to remove it. Wait for others to give input. Jim

Brand, model, look up the instruction manual, pictures.
