Neighbor brought his 4020 by to have me seal up some hydraulic leaks . I replaced the load control shaft bushings and seals and then found a steel line that the park lever on the transmission rubbed a hole in . Need new battery?s and it?s out the door .

Looks Cold. How did you get the bushings out? I am facing that problem now. I bought after market bushings, that look good, but need to get the old ones out first. Stan

Take a shaft and drive them out from the opposite side. I have a tire iron that we use that we ground an offset in to catch the bushing better. Once in a while it takes a second person to use a big punch or bar to hold the first bar in place while you pound on it. Tom

Stan I made a long punch to knock the bushings out with its just a piece of shaft I ground a notch in sure knocks the bushings out nice it?s about 2.5 feet long 3/8 diameter

Yes all that grease does protect the paint it took me 4 cans of brake clean and about an hour with the air compressor and air nozzle blowing just to find the lines
