We called tha a Grasshopper. It is used to carry a disk, or other implement that had no road wheels and/or was a poor trailer. Some tail wheels were
prone to death wobble, and some were on steel and didn't like 18 mph. Ours had a rotating lift wench down the middle with cables that were attached to
the implement to lift it from several points. I don't think we ever used chains to assure it was secure in the lifted position. Jim
